Josephine Su is computer graduate by training and holds a master degree of computer studies. In addition, she has got the scholarship from Nanyang Technological University in 2006 for the Nanyang Fellow Elite MBA Program in collaboration with MIT (Sloan school of management) in Boston. She had studied in NTU and MIT and applied these acumen at her businesses. She has volunteered to develop the computer professionals at Myanmar Computer Professional Association as a treasurer and executive committee for about 10 years. Josephine Su technical training in computer studies commence in 2000 with IT company. During a 12 year stay in IT company, she is one of the leading catalyst in extending its service and supply offering into new IT services in ISP , metro networks, telecom and broadcasting area. She works with various customer base including MoE, MinDef, Broadcasting, Telecom Operator, ISP and MNC enterprises. Josephine is competent in designing and integrating network with vast experience in IT, Telecom and broadcasting. She has co-founded the STI company with two other co-founders in 2006. Since its inception, the private school has offered a variety of certificates and diploma programs in higher education sector. She is a visionary leader with the aim to provide a globally recognized degree with proven pathway in the most cost effective approach. With this in her mind, she has led the team to be awarded the advance standing of the first two year of the undergraduate programs. With this credit recognition, the students of STI can go direct to the final year of the Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science and enjoy the substantial amount of tuition fees saving for the first two year study. Josephine has since grown the STI to be a full-fledged institution with a complete portfolio from the undergraduate to postgraduate studies in collaboration with international universities.
2. Dr. Myo Myo Naing
Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) NTU-Singapore
Dr. Naing is renowned academics at University of Computer Studies in the area of teaching as well as research in expert systems, artificial intelligence, information extraction and semantic web. She was with the University for 10 years before she has founded STI. She holds a PhD from NTU Singapore and Masters and Bachelor degrees with the specialization in computer studies. She had published a number of research papers and enthusiastically attending international conference in computer engineering across the world. She is one of the lead academic boards of STI and has been actively emphasizing in the academic matters across various department at STI. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise specializing in international collaboration in academic proceedings but not limited to just computer engineering.
3. Patricia Su
Patricia had established and founded the IT company as one of the first-mover in 1996 and her company represented many leading technology equipments in IT. She had brought many high tech IT projects to the company and it grew rapidly. She has developed a solid team comprising soft skills and state of the art technical skills human capitals in the organization and the company became one of the leading players in Myanmar IT industry. She is a director of the consortium of Myanmar Information and Communication Technology Development Corporation and a executive committee member of Myanmar Computer Federation. She has served as an executive committee member of Myanmar computer industry association for more than 15 years. She has leveraged the networks and experience attained into the higher education business and founded the private school providing higher education with two partners. Today, the institution is one of the fore front runners in Myanmar private education industry with rewarding future in the open economy.
